I will agree with another negative review: Dr. Hennigan is cocky and very quick to dismiss concerns and even demeaning. He made me uncomfortable as a woman. His eyes do not stay on your eyes when he is talking. He brought up sexual oriented comments or suggestions even though I did not see him for nor wish to discuss these issues with him. He also bragged about his ties to big pharm and always pushed excessive prescription drugs. Like he was excited to medicate. I was referred to and met with Dr. Hennigan based on my VA recommendation.. He was quick to criticize others for the insulin I had been using (very unprofessional)? I felt as though he would not listen to my needs and concerns regarding my complications or lifestyle. Obviously he is not trained or knowledgeable about current medical literature which I believe is imperative in today's world. Truly a brilliant and caring doctor, willing to listen and make the patient part of the process. Easily one of the best specialists I've ever seen.
