Extremely disappointing! Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering, but I was trying to support local business. Ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday over a week ahead of time. Day of, nothing. I left voicemails, texts, emails.... crickets. The next day, I got an automated message that they were delivered. I didn’t receive my producto
I placed an order for flowers off their website. I received a confirmation email and my card was charged, but the flowers never delivered. I attempted to call, leave a message, email, and texted to find out what happened, and no response. I have had to place a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.
I purchased flowers for delivery to be sent to my best friend for her birthday. Days went by and no flowers were delivered. I tried calling the store daily, as well as sending emails and texts messages for simply an update on the delivery. I got an email at 11pm last night saying that the flowers were delivered when they in fact had not been. I have gotten no contact back from the store and am now out almost $100 for flowers that never got delivered. I am very unhappy with my experience and would love some contact from the s... read more
Very disappointed. What i ordered is not what I got, it was for a retirement and when I saw what was delivered I called right away, multiple times in fact. I texted, sent 7 emails with little or no response. 4 days ago (which was probably the only time i got a response)I was told a refund would be sent but they hadn't received my funds.
