I also wish that I had read the previous reviews before ordering. I placed an order and it was never delivered. They don’t answer the phone, texts or emails. But they managed to charge my credit card immediately!

Just attempted to order flowers, per my credit card company, this is a high fraud business so they automatically decline charges from this business.

Extremely disappointing! Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering, but I was trying to support local business. Ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday over a week ahead of time. Day of, nothing. I left voicemails, texts, emails.... crickets. The next day, I got an automated message that they were delivered. They were supposed to be "premium" and the picture my friend sent, they were just okay. Still no call back or explanation from the owner. I placed an order for flowers off their website. I received a confirmation email and my card was charged, but the flowers never delivered. I attempted to call, leave a message, email, and texted to find out what happened, and no response. I have had to place a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.
