Franklin unclogged my sewer line explained to me what was going on in detail and he found a additional problem by the curve in the street explained to me wether or not it’s my problem or the cities gave me a number to call was helpful and Jon got me about $150 discount with camera inspection

This is my second time working with Goode Plumbing and all three technicians were great. This was also my second time working with Nick, and he is the best. I really appreciated that he patiently explained everything to me, answered all my questions (sometimes more than once!), until I clearly understood all of my options. This company was helpful be because even after I did not choose them originally, they followed up with me and were able to solve my plumbing issue in a Chicago high-rise when everybody else couldn’t and they did it quickly.
