I purchased a 3 oil change plan when i purchased my truck 2 years ago in June 2016. I've only needed to use 2 of those since then because i don't put a lot of miles on my truck. Today i call in to the service department to schedule my 3rd oil change (since i have barely put 9000 miles on my truck since i bought it) and they tell me "Nope! Your plan expired back in February". What?? .. ?!?! Not only do i not have any paper work stating an expiration date, the manager didn't inform me of that little gem at the time of purchase... read more

I bought a 2 year old car at nearly new condition and cost. We did have an issue with wheels being ordered and taking longer than expected, but this was out of their control. Also, the management and salesperson did offer the use of other vehicles and to drop of the car when it was ready, going beyond to their responsibility to accommodate us. The one thing they could have done but didn't was to call and let me know it would not be ready so we would not have attempted to pick it up. The reason they don't receive a higher rat... read more

Buying the truck went smooth. 2 weeks later had to take it to the shop it needed $600 worth of tune up work which we were told was done already. I would NOT recommend buying from Goode. The salesman and the general manager have ignored all forms of communication as to not have to deal with their mistake.
