We’ve used them for about 6 years. Since allowing them to install a new coil, among other repairs, we’ve had issues literally ever 2 1/2 months like clockwork. This means paying for service calls and refrigerant refills each time. This last week, they came to do a “leak check” and one of their “experts” said we need another new coil, because it’s apparently leaking. This is the same coil that they replaced a few years ago. RecommendedProfessional, friendly service and a clear explanation about what the problem was and how it could be fixed. Our a/c was cooling again very quickly.
We have been using Goode Air for over 30 years and have always been satisfied with installations and service. Men who recommend equipment have always been knowledgeable and professional. We have annual maintenance contract - so we see service personnel at least in the spring and fall. They are very familiar with our units, and their inspections have identified cracked heat exchangers - quite dangerous - and have made needed warranty replacements or repairs. So we highly recommend Goode Air.

Huge thanks to Goode Air Conditioning and Heating Inc! Our a/c was out and its was 88° in the house. They worked with our schedule, listened to us, found the problem, and broke everything down in a way I could understand without being condescending. I was alone without my husband there and felt completely at ease with the courteous and professional service members in my home. I highly recommend this business!
