Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my son in for his very first edge-up to get him ready for his first day of kindergarten, and the barber completely ruined his hairline—pushing it way back and leaving it totally uneven. What makes it even worse is that they knew they messed up, so instead of being honest, they sprayed black dye over the skin to cover their mistake. First time I called them I asked "how are y'all with kids?". The man who answered immediately knew I meant autistic kids. He put me on the phone with Mr. Delano who assured me they do very well with special kids. I was able to get an appointment that day for my non verbal 6 year old for his 1st ever hair cut. My child didn't make it easy but Mr. Delano was so kind and patient and did an amazing job. I'm very grateful for the nice experience he provided

Took my autistic 6year old in for first hair cut. He doesn't speak. Delano was fantastic with him. Very calm and very patient with him . He did a fantastic job!! Take your autistic kids there. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!
