My wife had a doctor’s appointment in Pinehurst but was turned away for being eight minutes late because of unexpected traffic. We stopped here to salvage the day, and the cashier delivered outstanding customer service, making us feel valued and not just another number. Thank you for that.

Today was my fourth time ordering a peanut butter cup concrete. It tastes good but they need to mix it better. All the peanut butter cups are mixed into the top half of the ice cream and the bottom half is just plain ice cream. I'm guessing they do that to make it seem like you're getting a lot of the mix-in because they're not adding enough of it.
