Long wait time. Good custard but probably would try other spots first.

Don't get hot fudge unless you want the custard to completely melt, get chocolate syrup instead
Clean, friendly staff, quick service even though it was busy. Highly recommend the Dubai Chocolate Sundae - best sundae I've ever had! And they do Pup Cups!
Called and ordered a cake four days before an event. The location called me 5 minutes before I planned to pick up the cake at 12 noon and told me they had a lot to do and it wouldn’t be ready until 5 pm. Unacceptable! Do not order cakes from this location! No apologies, terrible customer service!
