Clean, friendly staff, quick service even though it was busy. Highly recommend the Dubai Chocolate Sundae - best sundae I've ever had! And they do Pup Cups!
Called and ordered a cake four days before an event. The location called me 5 minutes before I planned to pick up the cake at 12 noon and told me they had a lot to do and it wouldn’t be ready until 5 pm. Unacceptable! Do not order cakes from this location! No apologies, terrible customer service!
The employees are amazing the general manager was very sweet and offered us samples of the new custard they had. Would recommend coming always
Staff is clueless and has no experience, seems like no one’s know what they are doing and it’s sad. I come in and all the old staff is gone. They made it feel like home.i wonder what drove them away because it’s a whole new staff.
I went with my husband and kids today, we got the most fantastic concreted ever! Firstly, we were greeted by Regan who showed us fantastic customer service, was amazing with kids, and she recommended her favorite concrete! Then we watched as a girl carefully mixed all of our concretes, making sure that it was clean and not dripping. She even amused our kids by flipping the concretes upside down, the kids LOVED IT. I recommend the campfire concrete for children, and i personally LOVED the ACC and my husband loved the Gbpb. UP... read more
