Very good ice cream, nice staff, and when they messed up our order they let us have the original one and a new one as well. And very clean and well managed.

This is on another level! you could mix dirty cat litter in it and it would still be amazing.
The custard machine was broke. People standing in line to order were leaving. People who paid, waiting on custard were not receiving their product. The 2 men working were not communicating to the customers what was happening. Just looking at us with a blank stare. We left and went to Handels. Too many icecream shops to be treated like this.
