Our technician was very polite and took great care to say where he was going. I'm putting this device in the register right here. I'll need to look at your furnace now. Do you have a water tap nearby? I love to watch people when they work. I learn so much. Outside he was very polite also and answered my questions. I hope I didn't delay him to another appointment. He gets a 10 out of 10!
