I rented with Goodale for several years and through my time there dealt with a psychotic beligerent drunk neighbor that threatened children, other tenants, tried to hurt other tenants animals, committed mail fraud, and constantly harrassing all tenants who management and the police refused to do anything about. I will avoid all complexes managed by this company. I rented an apartment for my college student children through them and have had nothing but problems. First, they advertised open units at a complex, accepted a per-adult application fee for each resident and from co-signing parents, then before the application could be evaluated said the units at their complex were all gone, and we needed to apply for a different complex, pay the application fees again, and then wait to see if approved.
