I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at Advanced Car Care, also known as Goodyear Tire. After having a positive oil change experience in the past, I returned with trust, only to be met with pressure tactics and unprofessionalism. I'm trying to purchase wheels over their Facebook marketplace account and whoever Richie Girgis is, just gives short one to two word responses repeating the same stuff over again. It's like talking to a brick wall
