I had a very frustrating experience with this business. Before bringing my car in, I specifically called to confirm they had the filter for my vehicle, and they told me they did. However, after waiting, the technician later informed me that they did not have the part after all. I was originally told the wait time would be a maximum of 1.5 hours before payment, but in reality, my car was not ready until over 3–4 hours later. Quality service came in for some tires and informed of each tire type and its application. Great pricing and the service was amazing 10/10 Experience came in for a mount and balance of some tires. Would definitely recommend to others for a quick service and affordable tires
Received the wrong parts. When I asked for a replacement or refund, they tried to negotiate, and Jacob said he’d only refund me if I wrote a review. We discussed front shocks to raise up 3 inches and the ones I got only go to 2 inches. Making my tires rub bad.
