This is the only place I take my cars & have been taken my vehicles for over five years now. They are always very nice, respectful and honest. I love that they know me so well, every time I drop my car off to be worked on. They already know I’m going across the street to the store to go shopping.🤣
I have been going to Goodyear back when it was still Christensen Tire on Arapaho. They have always done good work, and they have a great team that can work on all types of vehicles. I even had them replace the floorpans on my Cherokee XJ and they did stellar work. They have taken care of my family's vehicles for years now, and have always done a great job on each one. Friendly from the start! Great customer service, nice waiting lounge with free drink (water, Pepsi & CHERRY Pepsi) dependable and fast service.
If you live in Richardson, avoid this place at all cost - especially if you’re a woman with questions. My girlfriend went here to ask questions about her truck tires, and the (short dude with the big nose), as described by my girlfriend was, the rudest person she’s ever dealt with. I’m guessing he doesn’t talk to women that much, so he may not know how to act like a gentleman around them. Good luck to the owners if this is the type of person they want representing their brand.
It was around 5:20 when I went in. I had a flat tire down the road and went in to ask what my options were. I spoke to a guy, told him about my situation and as I'm asking questions, he proceeds to tell me they close in 30 minutes. To me, he was implying that they couldn't do anything for me.
