Friendly from the start! Great customer service, nice waiting lounge with free drink (water, Pepsi & CHERRY Pepsi) dependable and fast service.
If you live in Richardson, avoid this place at all cost - especially if you’re a woman with questions. My girlfriend went here to ask questions about her truck tires, and the (short dude with the big nose), as described by my girlfriend was, the rudest person she’s ever dealt with. I’m guessing he doesn’t talk to women that much, so he may not know how to act like a gentleman around them. Good luck to the owners if this is the type of person they want representing their brand.
It was around 5:20 when I went in. I had a flat tire down the road and went in to ask what my options were. I spoke to a guy, told him about my situation and as I'm asking questions, he proceeds to tell me they close in 30 minutes. To me, he was implying that they couldn't do anything for me. I had more questions and I wanted to see if they had my tires available and was ready to replace all 4. After being absolutely no help and cutting me off, I walked out.
