Tried to make an appointment for an oil change and they told me first come first serve. I show up first thing in the morning and then tell me they had cars dropped off overnight so the soonest they can get me in is this afternoon. Will be going elsewhere. if you're going to let people drop their cars off overnight. Maybe you should let people make appointments. I can't afford to be waiting off the road for hours because of inefficiency.
I was in a rush to get to my performance and my back tail light needed to be replaced. I had no idea how to replace it so I went to the nearest car mechanic shop. Jay saw how stressed out I was and saw I was in a rush so he helped me. He was soooo kind and thoughtful. Also, I made it to my performance on time. Thanks so much Jay!!!
