Stop allowing Mandy to answer the phone. She is rude and extremely unprofessional. Your company just lost money based off a phone call. If you can't get your employees Straight what makes you think I'll allow you to work on my vehicle? Do better!
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience at this Good Year location. I came in to get a standard oil change and I must say I had a great experience! Micheal was very kind to me and especially went out of his way to make sure I did not have to wait long. All of his team members are great as well. I encourage anyone to come by this location if you need any services on your vehicle.
