I had a fantastic experience at Goodyear thanks to Paul, the store manager. Early in the morning, my tire pressure light came on, and I was feeling pretty nervous about it. I headed to the store, and Paul took care of me right away, which instantly put me at ease. Treated like family from this Family-owned business! Their accurate diagnosis of my 2007 Dodge Garand Caravan fuel filling problem in March was a welcome relief after being mis-diagnosed by a Google, "highly-rated" competitor. While Lake Zurich Goodyear had many 5-star reviews as well, but as an "old-school guy", Personal Reviews are much MORE valuable to me. Frank, Paul and the staff were honest, fair and quickly resolved my issue...I love these guys!
