Used to be a great place. Now i call to get tire prices and they put me on hold for 20 minutes, so i hung up and called back an hour later and was put on hold for another 15 minutes before hanging up. I then called the next morning and was put on hold again, after about 5 minutes he picked up just to tell me to continue to hold and he never came back. No problem, i went to Harold's Tire, i was in and out in less time than i spent on hold at this place!
I came in with a tire to replace and to buy an extra loose tire after my tire AND THE DONUT both busted in 1 week. I tried buying online but it wasn't available. The store got me in within the same hour I called. Held the tire while I called customer support for online and then got me my tires back in great time, especially considering it was an emergency and last minute. The front desk was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and respectful to me. Best service I could ask for.
I wasn't actually here but I have in the recent past and they're a car place you can actually trust (which is almost nonexistent these days)
