Dropped off my Transit Van to have a minor issue repaired on it, two weeks later, it’s sitting in the same parking spot it has been at for two weeks, despite me having an appointment to “have it looked at” the day I dropped it off. When asking what the delay is, it seems they only have one employee that knows how to repair vehicles, the other employees apparently only know how to “check if things are loose” and the single repair individual has also apparently been too busy for two weeks to resolve a minor fix. Broke my stud and had me come back to fix it and then charged me over $100 for something they broke.
The guys are great! Treat customers fair and right! On a side note when I was there..the Manager announced on the overhead speaker that they had 100% attendance and no lates to work that day. I thought that was pretty cool! Way to go you guys!!!
