Booked an appointment a couple of days ago for specific tires. I go to drop my car off this morning and the guy working the counter gives me a different total than the one I had been confirmed with. I tell him no, this is the price. “Oh well we don’t have those tires so this is the price.” I tell him I booked the appointment days ago, the tires should have been ordered so unless he plans on giving me the tires he was trying to anyway - for the price I was given, no thanks! Honest hard working people
When I’ve needed tires in a hurry, Goodyear-raben has been ready to take care of me! I’ve always felt taken care of and treated fairly by the professionals at Goodyear.
We didn’t & refuse to fix it again after $1k & 3 days after of rolling out of our bay. Please don’t at all or you will be heartbroken that these men exist on Earth. Shame.
