This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience. I asked this team to show me the prices for the car tires, but the prices were different from what was on the receipt. I asked them for an explanation, but they refused and didn’t provide any satisfactory information. I was really disappointed.
I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the service team and Joey in particular! I stopped in early this morning when I realized that one of the screws for my rear tag holder was missing. To provide you with the greatest care possible, he goes above and beyond . Joey genuinely appreciates helping people . He won't hesitate to work with you to provide the greatest results because he doesn't care about money. He truly cares about the customer and getting them the best that they need. The entire crew was also incredibly friendly.
I had the best experience ever! I have been having horrible luck with finding a good reputable repair shop for years! I delt with multiple people, Nick, Joey and Dimitrio. They all work in synchronized order. While I sat waiting for my car I watched them deal with multiple customers flawlessly. It gave me the confidence knowing they work as a team and efficiently.
