Fast and friendly service. Every team member was a joy to speak with and worked diligently to get me back on the road.
I’ve been here a couple times now. Once for an inspection and the other for an oil change. Prices are reasonable, service is quick and trustworthy. It took me so long so find an honest mechanic in this area, I’m glad I finally got one and am not apprehensive to have my car worked on anymore. I highly recommend!
Last month I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic from out of state. I looked around the area to find a shop that would do an independent PPI for me. Made sure to be very clear I was not living in Texas and couldn't look at the car myself. Over the past few years, my vehicles have been to Carrollton Tire and Auto for brakes, AC, major suspension repair, and tires. I’ve only ever received top quality service at a fair price. For example, when I was having issues with my AC they determined that the problem would be about $4,500 to fix (it’s a known fault with the vehicle). They did some research and were able to engineer a workaround that saved me about $4,000 of that. Highly recommend.
