Last month I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic from out of state. I looked around the area to find a shop that would do an independent PPI for me. Made sure to be very clear I was not living in Texas and couldn't look at the car myself. Over the past few years, my vehicles have been to Carrollton Tire and Auto for brakes, AC, major suspension repair, and tires. I’ve only ever received top quality service at a fair price. For example, when I was having issues with my AC they determined that the problem would be about $4,500 to fix (it’s a known fault with the vehicle). They did some research and were able to engineer a workaround that saved me about $4,000 of that. Highly recommend.
LOVE, Love, Love! Carrollton Tire and Auto (Firestone) has been my favorite go-to place for honest pricing and service! These great guys have worked on all of our fleet and personal vehicles, and I have always been very pleased with their work! Today, they fixed up my 2022 Toyota Avalon Hybrid! Super great customer satisfaction here!
Don’t waste your time. I called and the guy said give him a minute to get in front of a computer. 10 minutes later I was still waiting.
