I visited Goodyear on Saturday during a tire emergency and appreciated that the staff took the time to look at my BMW and did not charge me, even though they were unable to repair the flat or provide a replacement tire, which is surprising. That said, I was disappointed to later discover that the wheel lugs had been damaged during the process, (over torqued), which resulted in over $200 in parts and labor to replace them. Terrible place. I asked to have the rear wheels changed and to swap the tire from a broken wheel onto another one that was already on the car. I clearly stated my request. I had an appointment at 10 AM, but they didn’t call me until 1:30 PM. My mistake was not checking their work. They just replaced my front wheel, which was bent and had a serious crack. I liked coming to Acorn Goodyear. But, since Matt is gone and you put Devon in charge. I won't be back. I brought my car in because of all the things they fixed. I had a flashing battery and brake lights. And, was told they checked everything the fixed. And, it could be electrical. BUT, I NEVER GOT ANY PAPER WORK SHOWING WHAT THEY DID.
