I called at 11:33. I let them know I had a nail in my tire and I needed it fixed. I was told they were busy, but they had a 14:15 appointment time available. I get there right on time and checked my car in with them. At 17:20 I was called to the front and was told they weren't going to be able to get to it that day. What a way to waste 3 hours of my life. So much for making an appointment. I will never return to this place again.

I had a wonderful experience at this Goodyear, I came to get the Emissions done on my car , I didn’t know what to do, because I am a young college girl who knows nothing about this stuff. Zack or Jack was super nice and made the experience very smooth and easy. Very personable and helpful people at this good year.
