Constantly late, doesn't return calls. Very frustrating.
Ridiculous, Unprofessional and Dishonest. We had their handyman Travis, tasked through our landlord to replace a water-heater and fit a cover over it. We scheduled numerous dates and times for him to come over, and complete this project, he wouldn't show up at the dates or times he said he could commit to, and wouldn't provide an explanation as to where he was or why he didn't show up.
