When we bought our Lincoln Park condo, we knew the parquet floors were badly damaged by years of water exposure. Our realtors at Chicago Residential Partners recommended Good Wood Flooring & Carpentry but warned us that it's almost impossible to patch parquet floors to match the original. Mike and his crew refinished all of the floors on the first floor of our house, and we could not be happier! The color is beautiful and unique, and Mike worked with us (with patience) to make sure we were completely satisfied 😊 The dust was SO minimal and the cleaning job they did was amazing! I would highly recommend using Good Wood Flooring! They also moved all of our furniture without a problem and his pricing is SO reasonable!! Great job!!
