Dishonest company. They did a good job of installing a split system HVAC but it stopped working while under warranty. At first they said the whole thing needed to be replaced but when they realized it was under warranty the technician called the office and then went back up and fixed it. However they claimed it was not covered under the warranty because the problem was with the electrical connection. An inspector looked at it and said there was no problem with that.
