The Good Water technician arrived and after introducing himself we clarified the work to be done. He immediately set to work and discussed with us as he went and we had questions, what he was doing and why. He was incredibly polite, personable and knowledgable about the RO systems and water conditions in our well and area. He cleaned up after himself and left the area around the sink in better shape than when he arrived, and the RO system now is working better with the change of filters. We have been doing business with Good Water for 11 years and highly recommend them. They have provided excellent service for our RO system. All the different technicians providing routine filter changes over the years have been knowledgeable, honest and professional. The maintenance today by Jake was handled in keeping with Good Water’s usual standard of high quality service.
