I wasn't able to see Bree as she was sick on the day of my visit, so Claire kindly stepped in. Claire conducted her massage wearing latex gloves which is something I've never experienced before and to be honest it detracted from the massage experience for me. I get that there are valid health reasons she may wish to do this, but I would have liked to have been advised in advance, as I would have made other arrangements.
