Came out timely and claimed he had to “rebuild” my system. It worked for a couple of days. When it stopped working I called them since I was under warranty for a year. I was met with much attitude but he did come out and “fixed “ it again. Same problem again. I called again and left a message, no response. I called again and again, still no response. I don’t recommend this company.

I had two companies check out the unit and both tried selling a new system. Glenn and his team diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Highly recommend using this company.

Great company. Helped us to relocate an AC unit at our house. Seemed very knowledgeable and his crew was very professional. Price was fair for the work that was done. Will use them again.

Had Glenn come over for service maintenance/tune up check on our AC. He said the AC unit looks clean and the only thing it needed was a new capacitor. He was charging $220 to replace capacitor right there an then or $350 if I decide to do it later. I decided to do it right there in then. Unfortunately this guy is a rip off. I found out later the part is only $10 and takes 5 minutes to replace. Very disappointed especially during this tough financial times due to Covid.

Our air conditioning stops working, I notice the HVAC fan runs normally, but the air coming out of your vents isn't cold. When I asked google, it say the most likely cause is a failed capacitor the A/C unit. I called Good Value Heating and Air for the services. They came and inspect the unit and said the capacitor needs to be replaced. The cost of the capacitor is little over $20.00 but they want me to pay $470.00.
