Had one good experience with them and one bad. The first time was a pretty average experience with good pricing. The second time they came out the price for the same service doubled in the matter of 5 months. They said it was because of new software that they are using. I am a small business owner myself, and I can confidently say that new software pricing does not justify doubling of prices. Our experience with Good Times Plumbing and Restoration was remarkable. A water line broke in our 2nd level laundry room, causing signicant water damage upstairs and downstairs. And of course, this all happened on a Sunday afternoon. After shutting off the water main, I contacted Good Times (Hunter) who dispatched a plumber (Cody S). Cody identified the source and fixed the broken line, getting our water back on.
