disgusting not edible. guac was brown, bacon not cooked, burger hockey puck..fries greasy. spoon bender was liquid

Lets address the disrespectful way your manager and employees spoke to a customer today. Money doesn't have a color she should've been respected because she was a paying customer. No Bueno. I will never step foot in your location and I will never spend money where it is not wanted. Tell Helen that if her old "ass" can't treat people with respect she needs to work in a field with animals since she likes to act like one 🤷🏾♀️
It doesn’t matter what your food is like when you hire racist employees. It’s not ok to treat any customer or human with disrespect. Good Times should step up to the plate and fire any employee who doesn’t treat customers with respect especially if they are racist. Lost my business. Evaluate your hiring process Good Times.
I went to good times in Boulder with my daughter (7) this morning. Helen, the person who took our order was extremely rude. racist. flippant and dismissive. When i asked for thr manager Benny, he proceeded to say she's just old. completely dismissing mt experience then proceeded to tell me "we're done, call the office" and xlosed the window. I am disguisted that they behaved this way. I am disguisted that Goodtimes management apparently excuses racist and rude behavior and even peomotes/justifies it and I will never eat here... read more
