Went through the drive thru for a milk shake, they gave me the milk shake that was clearly not even mixed abd when I askest if they could remake it he slammed the door in my face!! Never will I go there again or be treated that way!!!
Bummed because my spoonbender didnt have any toppings mixed in. I got 98% vanilla custard with Reeses sprinkled on top. Once I ate the top layer off, I was left with just plain custard. The lady working the drive through was extremely short and rude. When I got to the speaker I politely said I had a mobile order. She rudely said, “okay. You’re going to have to wait in line.” I was a little confused and asked if I needed to come in. She said either way. I politely responded saying I don’t mind waiting in the drive through. Probably the best Good Times I’ve ever been to. Awesome staff, a very large dining area for a really good burger, creamy custard, and spicy hatch green chili fries. I’ll be back here for sure. Edit from original review: had to add a picture of a recent trip before I took a bite. So good, added a 5th star too.
