Easy going and good customer service!
I’ve been a 2 year customer of Good Storage Plus, and it’s been a fantastic experience the entire time! Quick responses, facility is always clean and cleared of snow in the winter, Alex is fantastic and above all, I’m not being charged an arm and a leg for my storage needs! My price has not changed once in the two years I’ve been here, versus SmartStop where they upped my price on me without warning in the past after only 2 months! Very transparent on everything! We had such a great experience with Good Storage Plus! We needed storage last minute on the Labour Day weekend and the team went above and beyond to help us out. After filling one unit, we realized we needed another and they made the whole process so quick and easy. We mainly dealt with the manager, Alex, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout.
