Good steward home watch services has really been exceptional for us - recent homebuyers in Scottsdale but not spending much time there during the summer. They are incredibly easy to work with. Their weekly reports are thorough and easy to use. They go above and beyond what I would expect. They have found multiple small issues with our house and have been helpful at coordinating fixes. Good Steward Home Watch has been one of the best decisions we could have made since building our new home. Sara and Robert are top notch with their service and are always going above and beyond. We feel very comfortable when away knowing we have our home in the best of hands.
Good Steward watches my home while away. Robert and Sara check your house to make sure everything is working. Also, if you need any repairs, etc to your house, they can do that also. I highly recommend them. Best, Scott Sachnoff
Robert’s service is truly exceptional and we feel blessed to have found him. He has made owning an out-of-state home a wonderful experience, and treats our home as if it were his own. His communication and follow through are top notch and he is someone we highly trust. Whatever we ask of him small or large, he always responds quickly and we know it will be done. It’s rare to meet people with such a high level of integrity..Robert is definitely one of those people. I would give him 100 stars if I could.
Robert has exceeded all my expectations. This guy shows up when he scheduled, his invoices are correct and he goes beyond the call of his responsibilities to help me out when needed. Meeting contractors, cleaning services, minor repairs, the list goes on and on. I am so happy I found Good Steward Home Watch Services. I would HIGHLY recommend the services they provide.
