you guys are supposed to have a lab to do lab work but I found out today you had to send a pee test out to get tested...what the hell...I should of gone to Walla Walla it would of been quicker their lab techs know how to do their jobs

Emergency room personnel were the utmost respectful and professional the first time I had contact with Good Shepherd Health Care system. I now have a doctor who is the best and goes above and beyond to ensure my health needs are adressed as needed.

I will NOT use this facility again if I can avoid it! The care I received was great, but financial administration is terrible! I had to have diagnostics done when I unfortunately didn't have insurance. GSH would NOT work a cash discount. I didn't qualify for their charity assistance. Charged me high interest on pmnt plan. All about the $$$
