it is my cardio rehab exercise class,,the girl are awesome and I work out for about and hour and a forty five minutes 2 to 3 days a week,,,the equipment is great but wish there were a few more to select from,,,but I do enjoy it most of the time,,I am not really an exercise person,,but it is recommended now for me since I had open heart surgery

I think they take to long in the ER a hour and a half to wait for a Dr is really sad no should wait that long no matter what it is
