I would just like to say THANK YOU Good Shepherd Pidemont SC for taking such great care of my precious, Abbygail. She lived a great, long life of 12 years , she was my first baby and I will miss her terribly. You did a wonderful job on her cremation and memorial and the beautiful keepsake will have a very special place in my home for years to come. It's a wonderful feeling to know that I can take her with me if I ever decide to move somewhere else. Thank you again for the awesome job!
I cannot say enough good things about Good Shepard staff at the Charlotte, NC (Concord) location. The whole staff from the young man who helped us when we brought in our Petunia to Malinda who we met in the office were very compassionate and helpful. They have helped us through a very difficult time and provided their services with nothing but thoughtfulness and kindness. I would like to change my original rating. Once the managers were informed of the issue I experienced they went above and beyond to make things right. I understand that mistakes can happen and wasn't upset about that. Rather I was upset at the employees refusal to admit there had been a problem. Today, the first manager I spoke with took responsibility for my information not being processed. That's all I wanted to hear. Both she and the other gentleman were both apologetic and offered to make things right.
Amazing is all I can say. My second time using them this year and the whole process has been comforting and simple. They take great care of us owners as well as our loved animals whom have crossed the rainbow bridge. Thank you for your services!
