I just finished business with this office. Unfortunately, this office has terrible customer service, and the billing process borders on unethical behavior. I will not be returning here and would warn anyone not to go to this office.
Absolutely insane, why have appointments when the dr is never on time? Sitting here for an hour and 15 minutes and still not been seen. A little respect for the patients time!!!!
Absolutely horrible service. Called to make an appointment, made the appointment, had to reschedule and then they wanted my insurance to bill them for the canceled appointment! Christus in general are nothing but a bunch of crooks! I have never had a good experience with them si ce they came in and created a monopoly on Healthcare around east texas!
I had to find a pcp and went with a Dr at Christus clinic. They charge HOSPITAL prices. Even with insurance you still pay more than a private small clinic. X-rays were almost $3k for 2 views. Regular yearly Dr visit was $800!! They leave you with balances you can not pay. I had to find another PCP. I can not afford this clinic.
