I highly recommend Good Shepherd if you need carpets cleaned. No job is to big for them. Cameron and Josh were fantastic they were very professional and attentive to our population. They have big shoes to fill coming in after the All Stars of Good Shepherd, Sean and Chris. But they did an awesome job thank you for being so great.we look forward to having you again soon.
First of all, there are two sides to everything! In my excitement to get new floors I went with a company I knew had been in the valley since the 90's. I did not question their knowledge base, I should have. When we were having issues and asked for a supervisor to meet us onsite that had knowledge we should have gotten one, we did not. A month later and what should be my rock solid 100% happiness in my new floors is not. We have soft spots, bubbles, hollow spots, whatever they are called. They have been out twice. I was dreading replacing my floors, but finally decided that it couldn't wait any longer. Good Shepherd was the first company that I reached out to. Brandon put me at ease right from the start. We met up in the showroom and quickly picked out a few choices and then he came and measured our house. James was our installer and we were very pleased with his work. I highly recommend Good Shepherd. We love our new floors.
I did a flooring removal and prep for a client, that used good Shepard for the installation of new flooring. And even after making arrangements for good Shepard to only charge for installation not removal. They charged my elderly client full price. Installed poor quality transition strips in multiple locations. 1 of which was installed poorly. Company is NOT true to their word. I will not recommend them to my friends, neighbors, or clients.
