Experience was okay. Our first sales rep never followed up with us, after my in laws had a good experience with another sales rep we decided to give them a second chance. Review your invoice line by line, sales rep was getting our install confused with another job and almost charged several hundred dollars of various install items that weren’t applicable to our job, I even had to show him pictures to prove I didn’t need what he was charging. Highly recommend Pablo and the whole Good Shepherd team for anyone needing beautiful, reliable flooring work.
This place is a total ripe off. We hire them to install flooring that we got from them and they never finished the job. We are right now suing them trying to get the job completed. This is after 5 months of dealing with broken promises. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY WILL DO YOU WRONG IN MY OPINION.
I highly recommend Good Shepherd if you need carpets cleaned. No job is to big for them. Cameron and Josh were fantastic they were very professional and attentive to our population. They have big shoes to fill coming in after the All Stars of Good Shepherd, Sean and Chris. But they did an awesome job thank you for being so great.we look forward to having you again soon.
