We so appreciate our experience with Good Shepherd which is mainly due to Chris who was an absolute gem to work with throughout our purchase and installation. If we decide to carpet another part of our house then we will be contacting Good Shepherd and Chris for sure!
We used good Shepherd for our wood, carpet, and tile when we built our house 6 years ago. The carpet was ok, the wood flooring was less than promised but it’s livable. The tile installer chip was the worst he would never work and when he did it was for a couple hrs. We tried to address this with the sales rep but they always wanted to blame it on us, and now 6 years later we find out that the shelves that we’re supposed to be grouted into the tile had been cut off and chip clued them on instead of grouting them in. I went to this store and was blown away by the knowledge of both Brandon and Sean. No one was pushy, and they helped me get the tile for my showers and kitchen. Since they've earned my trust and I value their opinion, we've also bought LVP Flooring and Carpet from the store. The people at Good Shepard are great, and I highly recommend them. The customer service is above and beyond. You truly won't be sorry you stopped in to see them.

This place has gone downhill. Had carpets and blinds installed by this company 10+ years ago. They were great experiences. A few years ago we needed some of the carpet pad replaced after some flood damage and that experience left much to be desired. Recently needed a blind (from the original install) re-strung and the rep gave zero effort or communication. I had to call multiple times to ask what status was on our blind.
