My mother had to go under hospice care. Good Shepherd has very compassionate people working for them! But the company tells you one thing and when it comes down to it. Good Shepherd can’t meet the call for help or questions when needed it takes a long time to answers everything goes through a switchboard. Short staffed! Equipment was delivered dirty. Took days to get equipment picked up after my mother passed. Medicine showed up two days after my mother passed. Very sad.
