I wish I could give this place zero stars, the reason my loved one is on hospice is to be comfortable and this place has left us out to dry for 48 hours (I agreed to because of the holiday weekend and I wanted her home). If you have no nursing skills or supplies good luck. They will give you medication and say we will pray for you, are you joking? No aids, horrible nurses that show up and stare and complain about what you are doing but do not help, no supply’s. You call and ask for help and they tell you things will be deliv... read more

8/24 - the lack of sensitivity didn’t stopped. After our love ones passing, which they had sent a nurse over to declare them as deceased. They sent over a nurse to perform a bathing. This goes back to lack on internal operations and communications. We discussed all these issues with a team manager but all feedback was briefly dismissed. It will go no where. Its pains me to write this kind of review, but I don’t want others to experience what we have. One I’m a small business owner and two I wanted to go with a smaller organization opposed to an larger one. I made a mistake here. The Good Sheppard Service's that were levied were subpar and unprofessional. I had a love one past last night and if done again I would not use their services again. Many examples left a bad taste in our families mouth. Customer service is non existent. Run around when customer service is leveraged. Min... read more
They cared for my mother for 7 months. They took care of all of her needs. Nurse Gerry & Social worker Marina were so, so warm & comforting to my Mom & family. God Bless all of you!
