Dear Lara, You ingratiated me with your phone call to arrange for a wellness visit for Levi. I asked for you to call after the visit, you did not. When returning home, I performed my daily routine of cleaning my hands thoroughly and going to Levi at his table and putting on my wedding ring. The ring was gone. I've given it a couple days trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. But now can no longer ignore the fact that it is gone and you were the only one in the unit that day. I have nothing but the highest praise for the Good Shepherd management and their team. Its like having friends in the medical business. The personal service and care provided to me was outstanding. They care about their clients and it showed in every experience I had with them. They were always there and went out of their way to take care of me. I'd give them 15 stars if I could.
