It's quite obvious that management is interested only in the completion of minimal standards of service required by contract to receive payment,and that's even hard to get them to do. I do not recommend good shepherd to anyone. If I would have known about of Mary S`s mother being killed by good shepherds inability dispense medication properly, I never would of used them to care for my mother.
It was horrible, My mom was in the hospital, and requested to go home, the doctor order oxygen to be there ready and waiting before she was there, it wasn't. she needed 15 litters and they promised it would be there, the nurse was also told my mother has a bad reaction to morphine, she gave it to her anyway not just once by twice. 2 ml's in one hour, needless to say my mom passed away in 3 hours after leaving the hospital. I will never forgive them. Very unprofessional and heartless.
