Good shepherd Heating and Air conditioning installed my furnace few years ago and have since been maintaining it.. they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
Hi all. yes, the 5-star reviews are legit and deserved. Thermostat went out earlier this week, David was there before noon to replace it. Did that, and while he was here noticed the furnace was short-cycling. Did a step-by-step diagnostic ( cleaned flame sensor, adjusted gas pressure) and fixed that as well. Explained everything. Very knowledgeable, and he's a nice guy too! Definitely call David.
Found our furnace ignitor was bad at 9pm on a Tuesday when it was going to be in the 20's that night. It was repaired in less than an hour! Have used Good Shepherd for AC/Water tank replacement, and furnace, great service every time!
