I was remodeling two bathrooms with new vanities adding pantry cabinets in one, wanting new countertops and so on. I started this project just before Christmas so I knew that no one could come out until the following week. Adrian from Good Shepard made an appointment with me on December 27 at 10:00. We have used good shepherd for carpet cleaning a few times. The last time the guy came he waited until he was almost done to tell us our carpet was too dirty for him too get clean.He said that we needed their more powerful cleaning. Of course it was more expensive. If he would have told us first we could have done the better one but I won’t pay for two. Now I need new floors but I don’t trust Good Shepherd. I will find someone else.
