Extreme Noise! Their carpet cleaning/duct cleaning truck was so noisy that while I and friends sat blocks away, we could not even barely hear one another speak. When their truck was first turned on, we all initially thought some kind of horrid explosion had happened or was preparing to happen. How absurdly rude this company's owners are to disturb any neighborhood with this equipment and to torture their employees' eardrums with this absurdly loud equipment. WE WILL NEVER HIRE YOU!
Good Shepard Carpet Cleaning I could not even get someone to come to my apartment and give me an estimate. The secretary told me that for less than 40 square feet of cleaning, it would cost $105.00.In my opinion, that is robbery.
excellent service/friendly staff! My husband and I have been using Good Shepherd for all of our carpet cleaning needs for the past 6 years. We would NEVER use any other company! They were 1st recommended to us by our previous landlord and after the 1st time we were hooked. We continue to use them since we have purchased our own home! You cannot go wrong with Good Shepherd!
