My partner who’s been stuck overseas because of the pandemic ordered a basket of fruit from here. Got the first delivery of wrinkled cherries plums that were mushy and bruised bananas. Called and they said they’d replace it very nice of them. Unfortunately the 2nd basket arrived a few apples grapefruit and strawberries and unrippened bananas felt like a slap in the face for daring to complain $102 wasted maybe $15 of unripenned ugly basket of fruit. Great operation where you can pick and choose seasonal flowers to make into arrangement. The workers are so friendly and helpful in suggesting combinations!
A long-running florist in Blackburn (South). Always excellent. Recently I rang and ordered a nice bright bunch to be delivered to my Mum and specified “yellows and oranges and a bit of greenery” and they delivered perfectly with this gorgeous, modern arrangement.
