A NIGHTMARE June of 2023 No A/C a fan. No hot water, No care.
I used to go here as a kid it was always the best part of my day and they made it very fun (I was in speech btw)
They called 7PM the night before my second appointment and cancelled. They then called again 7PM before my next appointment and said they could not keep my appointment. Have been to many different PT facilities and they are very unprofessional and unorganized. Use another facility where they don't cancel you at last minute. If they are understaffed they should hire adequate staff.
