I have had 3 ER visit over the years to this hospital and is shocked to see the bad reviews, all 3 time was a very good experience, from the doctors to the nurses.
Pathetic experience. The way my 76-year-old mom was treated today was deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope no one’s loved ones ever have to go through something like this. She was kept hungry and without even a drop of water for hours in preparation for surgery. Throughout the day, we were repeatedly told that the operation would begin “in the next 30 minutes.” We waited for over six hours, only to be sent home without the required treatment.
