Don't put your family member in any of their facilities the administrator who runs this facility has already run another facility into permanent shut down!!! The inspection front he state results!!!! This nursing home paid 3 fine in the last three years totaling $312,460. This home was denied Medicare or Medicaid payments by the government on 2016-09-19, 2016-06-22 and 2016-03-01.
