Exceptional care from start to finish. The Emergency Department team was incredibly helpful and always one step ahead, in anticipating my needs throughout my visit. Awful reception service. I was told that I didn’t need a referral from my insurance to get an X-ray done, I waited 50 minutes to be told that I did need one. I can understand that. My problem is that I asked the receptionist to help me speak to my doctors office. She claimed she couldn’t her the nurse on the other line meanwhile she had headphones on, of course you won’t be able to hear the person on the other line. Then she basically threw the phone at me and said “I don’t have time for this”. Very unprofessional and awful ... read more
