Atrium has the most thorough doctors, nurses and testing medical teams. I was there for 5 days in a serious situation and received the best care possible in my opinion. All personnel, doctors, medical testing personnel and emergency room personnel were attentive, caring and thorough. Emergency room may have saved my life. I would recommend Atrium for anyone in need of serious care.
This hospital admitted me claiming I was in heart failure stripped me cold turkey of my blood pressure medication that kept my heart rate regulated my other blood pressure medicine and put me on Renxa which cause extreme chest pain pumped me with iv laxics put me on sprilcatone amoldoine and I got worse and the couldn’t urinate dark urine went released my pcp and my actual cardiologist put me back on my usual medicine both said I didn’t have heart failure ever oh and they also had me on iv prednoise two weeks later dark urin... read more
Spent a couple weeks there with a foot injury. Drs Vincent and Domfe were great as were nurses Hensley and Oparah. Some night shift pcts will leave you for dead. 4 or 5 call lights and no response. Find another job. Food was a pleasant surprise and orders accurate. TV system was spotty. Dan in house keeping did a good job and was cool to talk to.
Beware of anyone coming here for care. Make sure to check on who’s staying here and that they’re getting properly taken cared for. They forgot to turn my grandmas oxygen back on and her oxygen was shooting down until I had to get a nurse. I can only imagine what would’ve happened if I wasn’t there
