When going to buy anything at the Cafe or the coffee shop, make sure you have some kind of plastic. They will not take cash anywhere. There were no signs posted, until you get up to check out. Very rude staff that will not help you.
Horrible Hospital. Dad is up there now and they are not interested in their job here and very unclean. Very unhappy. They won’t give you no information on the patient and very uncaring.
Do not bring anyone you love here. Grandfather was there for about a week, techs lied about “ partial bed bath” when asking about shower, one of their pcts said they were leaving soon, but would pass it on ( she was still there hours later!!) thankfully a nurse was able to give my grandfather his shower. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Atrium Medical Center/Premier Health. From start to finish, the lack of communication, follow-through, and poor systems management has been beyond disappointing. I received treatment at Atrium Medical Center last April in the ER, and at no point during my visit was I asked for my current insurance information.
